The terms font and typeface are often used interchangeably these days. There is, however, a distinct difference between them. A typeface is a complete collection of glyphs such as its alphabet, numerals, punctuations, and symbols. Whilst a font is a specific style within that collection. For example, myriad is a typeface that contains numerous fonts that vary in size, weight, and style, such as bold, italic, and condensed.
