I've built business models around or to attract idea clients. A key part of this business plan/model is based around the most important clients, my staff. Their happiness is what builds and drives the plans success. Gender is rarely incorporated into the fold.

I think the smartest approach is to see people as people. This men VS women stuff is tired. All individuals respond in an individual way to stress. Some male responses will be stereotypically "feminine" and vice versa by keeping these assumptions in place.

The sad thing is women are abusing thier power in the work place. I thought having a woman boss they would be more empathic. Instead they I abuse thier own gender . I prefer a man boss Any time of the day. I can talk to them . . If I have a problem . Women don't want to hear what you have to say . They bring thier bad emotions to the work place. Well we all have problems . We spend most of our time at work so we should be relatively happy.

agree women bosses are bitter and divas. They need to channel their male energy in a constructive way. I get they are frustrated but they better clean up their inner clutter. I've had far more better experiences with male bosses than with female ones, some of which reached their positions by using their bodies, unfortunetely. I'm a woman myself, and this is extremely sad to watch.

Not all female bosses are the same, I had good female bosses and bad ones. Same for men.
