Ingredients and recipe:
3 eggplants.
Salt.
Olive oil.
Breadcrumbs.
2 red onions.
1 red bell pepper.
2 tomatoes.
Black pepper.
Dried garlic.
Paprika.
Dill.
2 cloves of garlic.
4 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Oregano.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1. Cut 3 eggplants into rings, add 1 teaspoon of salt and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
3. Spread the eggplants evenly and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
5. Finely chop 2 red onions and fry in olive oil.
6. Finely chop 1 red bell pepper and fry with onion.
7. Finely chop 2 tomatoes and fry with vegetables.
8. Salt, pepper, add dried garlic, paprika and mix well.
9. Finely chop the dill and place in a bowl.
10. Finely grate 2 cloves of garlic and add 4 tablespoons of tomato paste.
11. Salt, pepper, add oregano and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
12. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
13. Place 1/2 of the baked eggplant and add the fried vegetables.
14. Add 1/2 of the baked eggplant and pour over the sauce.
15. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
