Master rated player me going inside the mind of Blue. He didn’t wanna card block Red because it was his cap that was right next to Red’s stack. So it might be the most likely to get suicided into. He wanted to appear friendly to Red to avoid that.

I think the best way they could have done neutral bots is to make it so they only attack 1s and don't break continents, that way they don't become pseudo-blizzards and can still be killed for cards.

@@enigmachinasclass8153 the difficulty in game design is unexpected consequences. e.g. your suggestion would still create pseudo-blizzards, but with the added/new "attribute" (read as: "terrible feature" 😉) of: 1) making those blizzards mobile, and 2) predisposing them to _guarding neighbours' borders!_ This is because bots like to touch stacks, so someone bordering a bot stack would be able to guard their own border, then, when the bot encountered that border (assuming it was guarded by more than 1) it would stop, and _likely fortify more troops, generally proportional to the # of troops guarding the border, _*_essentially creating an additional guard-stack for the continent that it is bordering._* I like where your head is at, and brainstorming is fun, but (with love 😘😁) that was a *_terrible_* idea. 🤣❤️ If you read this far, I'd love to hear your thoughts on an idea I've been contemplating: I think it'd be better if they made Cap rolls *True Random* _regardless of the dice settings for the rest of the match._ I theorize that doing this would make the all too common frustration of even/positive cap rolls be what they should, in theory, already be: EXTREMELY uncommon. Thoughts?

I think at 12:00 Black opened up your Cap to provide you with a line on red so you could eliminate red from the orient. Would have been a costly move but red had no way for revenge, since blue blocked his lines into Russia at that time. Also balck was friendly to you before and magenta might have liked that move since red broke him too. Im a very new risk player, so no idea if that would be worth it though 🤔

not offending red was worth a lot more then the bonus troops. if red were to be spiteful (which it seemed like he was, especially late game) red might've targeted Pete from that point on, maybe going as far as running through blue to slam Pete. unlikely, but a possible, game ruining outcome. red would've surely remembered that move all game though, and from then on would've had a tense relationship with pete. by making sure not to give spiteful players unnecessary attention, as long as we don't seem like a profitable kill, and we let them have their space, they'll move on to targeting other players. sometimes it not that simple, or you get noob slammed anyway. but soon enough, it worked, and Pete got to retake his part of the board. it's also important to mention we don't have a stable relationship with pink at that point, so it might've lead to pink feeling impeded on by Pete, as pink was capped in orient and Pete might've seemed to be expanding into orient by taking out red. it's crazy how something so simple as removing a few red 1's and 2's had so many moving parts! Pete played it perfectly in my opinion

Just to say something about the bot-out.. I had often a several disconections in a row. Sometimes due to my wifi, sometimes due to...whatever. 2 or 3 days ago I had a game with a disconection by nearly every turn (happy, never during my turn) - my wifi was fine. Not sure it was the same day, maybe a day later, I had a game where player by player started to disconect a few times, except me and another guy. I'm pretty sure it's way less scumbag that it seems. ;-)

It's pretty obvious if someone has issues or is purposely botting out. Notice how black didnt bot out until the end, in that position. And then consistently, but not entirely continued botting out. Initially, I thought they just wanted to avoid the red anger slam, which is already cheating, but at least somewhat understandable. Then they kept doing it.

You can see blue only roll with 2 dice, which means he can move as low as 2 troops. If he won with 1 die, he could move 1 troop. But if you roll 3 dice, you can't move less than 3 troops. Something about committing to how many dice you're rolling.
