Had I been on that jury, I would've voted "not guilty", for sure. This is what is called "Prosecution by Character Assassination". When the DA has no Hard Evidence, he unearths every salacious detail in the defendant's life to make them look "Bad Enough" to deserve going to prison, whether or not they actually did the deed at hand. And Naive and Gullible Jurors fall for it quite often. All the claims that he was a "strangler" since age 16 are Pure BS because no charges were ever filed on ANY of them. This trial didn't bring Justice for Kelly. It was more like Urinating on Kelly's Grave. As usual, the Cops framed the "obvious suspect" so that they could hurry up to go eat more Doughnuts, an activity even more important to a Cop than putting the right people in prison.

Would I support them while justice is exacted? Yes. Would I still love them? Probably. If it was something truly horrific, especially hurting a child in any form, I do not know what my feelings would be. I can only imagine how my reactions in this type of situation would be because I've never been through it, but I hope nothing like this ever happens to my family. I think it takes a level of mental illness to commit any crime that irrevocably hurts someone or causes a loss of life, so I would want my child to do serve their time and get mental help. That's what being a parent is... wanting the best for your child, helping them find their way, helping them become healthier. Sometimes becoming healthier hurts. It sucks. Anyway the advice still applies. these yuppies and their dating sites athletic retail stores city condos and yoga mats are shallow. An exception might be the yoga school flamer. He was sincerely concerned about the young lady and her whereabouts.

They said the dog signaled on the trash chute door. He could have slid the golf bag containing her body down the chute into the dumpster, then parked alongside the dumpster, out of sight of the cameras, to place it in his trunk. The other “athletic” bags obviously contained evidence, such as the shower curtain, towels, rug, cleaning supplies, etc. The cheese shop run was a clear ruse, and buying new shoes was suspicious. She died during dangerous sex, and he panicked. But he robbed her family of answers and closure for many years, just to save his own hide. A perverted coward.

it's their job. There's mountains of cases where the government insisted some guy was guilty and convinced a jury of it, before they were cleared with DNA evidence. We can't have a justice system where we just accept what the government says. It's a constitutional right that you can pay to have someone advocate for you by giving the best possible defense on your behalf in court.
@Not_Always Жыл бұрын
You wouldn't be saying that if they were defending you. Do you think that every person who the police arrest and even get convicted by juries are guilty? The Innocence Project exists for a reason. There are several troubling problems with this case, and people like you who take what cops says and let them do all the thinking for you are part of the problem.

He put her in the bag and dropped it off the balcony, drove around to the side of the building to retrieve it and threw it in the trunk. Then drove the car back into the garage, pretended nothing happened. I'm not sure if physics would back that up depending on what floor he lived on? I suppose high enough would cause the bag to burst and that would be extremely messy so unlikely idk
