I come once again for the knowledge. I started 3 months ago waking up earlier and returning to the gym and physical activity after 6 years. Now i am continuing the path: starting tomorrow i am increasing the fuel, hydrate and sugar coated lies part for a month (while still mantaining the up before the enemy, back to the book, 1 hour of exercise,and prioritize and execute i managed to incorporate into my life). I am going to go deep into the path and adjust the machine even more. Thanks for helping me make this change with your excelent content

New update. Got all of the above. Today i added cold showers and 20 minute walks every day. I was 1,78 mts height and 94 kgs. Now i am 85 kgs (in six months). The goal is 78 kgs in the short term

Jumping rope is a pretty great exercise you can practice every day. If you do it right, you'll be moving the rope with your wrists and not your shoulder. Just make sure your technique is right to minimize the strain on your knees
