Ciryl was too gifted and talented, didn't work hard enough on a complete mma style and was rushed to the top. A more well-rounded Ciryl definitely could have won against Ngannou because he was winning on the feet. I remember an interview where he said it was all pretty easy and natural to him. But you gotta bring more than that when dealing with the best mma fighters in the world. I wonder if he has gotten better on the ground.
