def not a useless item, a really good item for tanking in legendary. Quite situational for immunity but you can def get good use of it as u saw in the video. Peaking vs another sniper and you wont die but yeah as most other exotics they can be quite situational

These exotics require astronomically rare situations to be valuable over any other gear. Its like reading a medieval superstition to get rid of curses.

They just suck, no one talks about the multiple downsides/counters to it either; timer resets on cover to cover, burn status exists, riot foam, shock, blind/disorient (good luck aiming, waste your invul). Woo hoo it has anti-stagger from explosive, doesn't even come with extra explosive resist, people really gunna sit there and either eat a 500-600K explosive or waste the invulnerability you were sitting there doing nothing to build up to try and block it? No one comments either on how the playstyle this exotic demands is a massive DPS loss sitting doing nothing. I'm slightly annoyed cause i've had people keep giving me these VERY SPECIFIC situations where it'd be good, but it's just ass and waste of a slot. Eye started twitching when I had people telling me they're more useful than BTSU Gloves.

Just did a heroic mission and had 2nd most kills and damage while just sitting back. Not great and I'm definitely not bragging but it's viable when I'm feeling lazy

They made me immortal before on firewall spec by giving me 50% to go with the 50% bonus armour the spec used to give, and they were like having a third skill with a sub five second cool down, and then they used to give me 120% bonus armour after performing a cover to cover... I can see their value as they are now, like you say in either a tank or a sniper build... but, like the BTSU gloves before them, they were way more versatile and useful in their previous form compared to how they are now.

Looks like it's too situational for sniping, since you have to not do anything for 6s. But for bunkering down on a tank build, or for ambush in cover - a whole 2s of invuln is a bit insane.

Well you could attack during the 6s, nobody is holding you off of that. A decoy works wonders during sniping.

I've been grinding for a level 40 set for my sniper build for ages, still no luck. Situational, yes, but being able to take a shot when your pinned is hugely valuable, especially when sniping solo.

I’ve found these useful for my mortar skill player. You’re doing most work with the turret but when you need to pop up to shoot this helps for that burst

Personally I like the Dodgecity Holster rework better. You have to holster your pistol about a whole minute but then it gives you an extreme damage boost for 1 shot. I like running it with a D50 in Conflict. Wait for it to come up, pull out my pistol, shoot them one time, bam they're dead
