To back up Colin’s Physical reactions here it’s more than worth noting that in the documentary about the sontarons recorded for “the Sontaron experiment” years before the truth came out, Colin mentions feeling uneasy about Saville, in fact that section was edited out of Blu Ray Release for reasons I’m not to sure of, I feel like that goes a long way of saying that some people noticed the atrocities that he committed but might not have been sure of it

Was all reference to Savile edited out or just Colin's comments? If the whole thing was removed, it may just be that the Blu Ray distributors decided nobody wanted reminding of the creep. The BBC are happy to hand such decisions over to the DVD people when they've cashed the cheque.
@that-british-whovian9 ай бұрын
@@Benjiesbeenbetter. the comments referring to Savile, the section is still present, but it’s clear the BBC would prefer that references to Savile in a light heated documentary are to be excised, but I’m guessing the Ulterior motive was they’d rather not have a documentary from 2008 make reference to their suspicions about him as it does reflect badly in the obvious notion that people knew what was up
@Benjiesbeenbetter.9 ай бұрын
@that-british-whovian I can see that. If you're watching a Dr Who DVD you don't want reminding of that vermin. But the rollercoaster of emotion was passed through... Millions doubting from the off - feeling something by gut, but forced by the powers that be to accept the saintliness of Jim rammed down our throats through the good works and the fixits. And the demand for tolerance of a slightly odd-looking lifestyle. And then we all forced to feel the full force of "guilt by association" as the feet of clay are seen, and those same powers that be hint that "everybody knew". No, we poor bl***y infantry DID NOT know ... they knew. But emotions were played (bad vibes experienced) on a vast scale ... which is what Mr Icke has been on about. Of course, because we know so little, we cannot preclude double bluff here ... but the rollercoaster would be the same or even greater in that way ... so it's just more grist to the mill (a phrase that popped into my head unbidden).

Hence the YEARS of strenuous effort to force us to accept the saintliness - probably by people who knew the truth all along. Exactly the same happened with SH, RH and HE - all carefully associated with flagship programmes of the BBC absolutely full of (apparently) noble emotion. My mum initially went "yuck" at RH, but after years of the extreme (genuinely positive) emotion of "Anim*l H*spital" and even his introducing the divine (truly) "Commonwealth Song" for HMQ at the Jubilee, mum had been converted - as had many millions of us. The juxtaposition of genuinely divine and beautiful things with a context that actually involved those things being mocked - visibly to just a few, invisibly to millions. My dad also had violent gut reaction to "ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha" on Jeux Sans Frontieres (founded on the noble idea of people from the countries in Europe loving each other, being silly together, playing games together, instead of killing each other). I (regrettably) was the one who persuaded him that that (apparently genuine) laughter was one of the joys of the show. Same story. Vast manipulation of emotions, but with the beautiful aspects apparently being lionised DELIBERATELY overlain with taintingly foul negativity, and hence mocked and derided behind the scenes. We know the ultimate source of the (often hidden) mocking and pastiching of noble and beautiful and divine things, do we not?
