Tonight I got the little piece of rear door back in, as well as set the door gap.
everything went back together as planned. Over the next couple nights I have to clean up my shop, and I have a lot of welding to do. I will continue to try to post some new videos each night even if they are only short status updates! Thanks for watching everyone, I really appreciate the support!
Thanks Gordon Best

Just on the frequency of video, I would agree you don't need to post daily especially if it puts you under pressure. Take your time because it is going to be enjoyable seeing it progress to completion but terrible if you crash and burn. So no pressure because we are enjoying every bit. JOE

Great progress, maybe using magnets as your third hand just for tacking. Looks really cool! It reminds me of a Jensen Interceptor right now, can't wait to see the roof come down.

Even though you are inspired by Bad Chad you are building your car your way as Chad is always telling his viewers,, the door fit is looking great and you did a good job in explaining each step with the boring stuff done off camera, good editing skills and your camera does an excellent job capturing in high detail each step of your project, you are burning your candle from both ends so take some much needed rest if possible

You should edit out ten mins of sanding and five mins of mig flashes could give people epilepsy. Flash forward you keep people more invested. People normally put music over the grinding not good for you tinnitus. But good show brother. 👌

Doing a great job! Take a day or whatever it is you need. Don’t have to work on the car every day. Just be sure to film even the small stuff in between. Video every few days would be fine. Keep it up!

I think we got another bad Chad in the making you just got to find a queen jolene to do you camera work even though you doing a great job at it and editing 👏 👍 and teaching others your technique and explanation is tops as for the jag love what you are doing with it only ever see jags restored or put on a banger track or demolition Derby track in uk keep the videos coming like the look of this

You shuld weld the driveshaft tunnel before you do anything else, to get it strong at the bottom too. It would be really strong after that
@myclassicfords3658

Yup, I think your right. If I get the sides done, and the drive shaft tunnel it shouldn’t go anywhere. Thanks for watching!

When it comes time to rustproof the inner panel's may I suggest cavity wax? I have good success with SEM rust preventer cavity wax 39573. My coworker prefers the 3M cavity wax plus 08852.(but he can be a bit of a dope). If you have never tried them I think you will be impressed with either. Do get all your welding done first.

Thanks for the input, I simply want to support Chad. So the last time I was there I got a hat and a wear it to show my support. As far as the floor goes, I will be there soon enough. The x brace in the front half seems to be working fine. The back half is very solid on its own. I want to tie the sides together first since the floor is rotten.
