I bet you the rockers on focus looked just like that before some nut job somewhere left all the gravel and dirt inside and put a slip on rocker over top with 4 tracks on the botttom, 4 on top, then a bunch of body filler, and got it saftied and sold it like that. Im the second owner since then, it started falling apart and now im rebuilding the whole rocker, inside middle and outter. You pay good money for a solid car only to find out its not. They are good focuses, got 350,000km on my first one and never touched anything under the good. Except spark plugs oils and filters

I just picked up the same model short bed for $800 in Oklahoma. Sat for 11 years. Did the normal quick tune and battery and had to replace the clutch slave cylinder. Great video. I need to get one for mine.

Wish I could find someone knowledgeable explaining the 2000 offset. My great grandfather bought it new and left it to my grandpa and my grandpa is leaving it to me. I have used it, my entire teenage and adult life, but just recently became interested in researching and finding out more information about it.

Good on you for the recognition of Rachel Gingell. She is an amazing young lady with extensive tractor repair knowledge. She certainly followed the path of her father and grandfather. Her video clips are well presented with many tips and tricks.

I’m pretty sure a spark plug failed on me today, how can I tell?

side note, the reason why that other pump was missing the 4th bolt behind the hose, is because on the updated service manual for ford, they actually suggest you leave the bolt out since it's useless and it makes it easier to remove the pump in the future if you ever need to work on it again. you can use all 4 if you'd like but i'm assuming the previous person who worked on that buick engine followed the service manual.

M5R2 Trans? Where did you even find the short throw for it? I have a 89 F150 with a 302, and my shifter pretty much does what yours did, but I can’t find ANYTHING except factory parts. Also, love the Brick! ❤

Do yourself and your truck a favor and go back and read the shift instructions on your visor. Never preselect the 2 speed when doing a combination shift. Shift transmission first, then depress 2 speed button.

Really nice tractors.I have a 1957 641 that i restored and use to brushhog and boxblade.I love that old tractor and will never sell it.Anybody can go out and buy a new tractor ,but you get special feeling when your working on old iron that you restored and have to tinker with here and there to keep going.

I'll be doing this at some point........but when I do, I'll be replacing the coils and injectors right along with it since I'll be replacing the intake manifold right along with it. Hoping that buys me a little more time before I have to repower with a reman engine/transmission.....also in the future. Hoping the head gaskets hold on that long, lol.

Great vid!! Just got this same truck. Quick question, are you suppose to turn off overdrive when driving this truck??
@pettdog787 ай бұрын
You turn off the o/d if your driving down a steep hill in icy conditions. Also turn it off if towing a trailer. Otherwise leave it alone essentially.

Gonna be fun to fellow this build. But dont go all bad Chad,and not finish the builds. Do like caseys customs. He works on several builds at the same time(full time tho),but Switching up,one week on each build,and you make more videos,more content and more progres as you can build on something while wait/save upfor parts on other builds.

Total pain in the backside them tanks to take our that thing looks quite tidy I've seen a lot worse , I remember going to a mates dad's place he was renting out a small unit on his property to a couple of lads who were restoring a Coupe it was that rotten they walked away from it , I had a look it was a pure dog .

This one is not to bad, most of it rotted from the inside. The poor thing leaked a lot over the years.
