Wow, great video! You've touched on important ideas that some leaders lack in my district! Especially the idea of delegating work. This is a great strategy of empowering teachers and allowing them to feel valued and a part of a working system; producing motivation.

When I work with campus leaders this is what I share. Great campus leaders work to develop great teachers. Active monitoring with productive feedback is critical to a campus succeeding.

I enjoyed your video, but disagree with your definition of a leader. A leader influences and motivates others to act. A "lazy" leader isn't really a leader. That person is simply a manager, or supervisor that does not have the skills to lead.
