2 reasons - 1. He is a director but he doesn't direct movies now a days and doing hosting, south movie promotion etc etc. basically he is not doing his main job. 2. His over obsession with illiterate star kids specially janhvi and Ananya.

Karma has started hitting him. Karan Johar is now riding on the curse of Sushant and soon Alia Bhatt will face it too. How long will she survive by grabbing films and buying awards. One thing is that the stupid cringe show Koffee with Karan, which he brings every season to elevate and hype up his baby alia bhatt and mock some outsiders like Sushant, Rajkumar Rao, Kriti Sanon etc. With all his stupid rapid fire questions, he mocked Sushant through Alia Bhatt and Sonam Kapoor. And he shapes up rapid fire question in such a way that the guests can choose only alia bhatt and ranbir as Best Options. I remember Ayushman Khurana saying that when he called Dharma office, he got reply 'we don't work with outsiders'.

There is something off...And this Nepotisism what it is everywhere even u yourself will be part of it if you get a chance...If your father has a bussiness then won't he helps you to get in that bussiness or if your father is a banker he will do whatever he can to get you his son in the bank....That is also Nepotisim...So,a flim actor trying there best to get their children in flim industry is normal that's what parents do.....And one bitter truth u must accept is Sushant killed himself it was not murder it was not done by any other person and accept it he was weak...He could not fight back...He didn't challange if really he was black listed by top Movie Producing Banner and kept doing roles that comes in his way and gave good performances and in this world money talks if so called big banner which oucasted him from their movie production house they will sighn him again if he will be able to bring the money back with a huge profit by giving a hit movie.... U r talking about Sonam...? She is a bitch raised in luxury who never had to struggle for n e thing in het life she was handed everyhing in a golden plate in her life....What have u never met a rich girl till now in your life...More than boys l,girls show the attitude if they r rich and if they r a bit good looking and rich....OMG they will think themself as VVIP they will think that the world rotates around them...They think they r queen they will not even value to talk with boys who are not as rich as she is or the boys who r not good looking......

No dude. A company will sell its share if it is in debt. So a huge amount from this 1000cr will be spent to repay the debt.. And also if another company is holding 50% of dharma productions, then that company will be involved in many decision making..
