An issue im having with absentees is that they’re being called all the time by investors lowballing them, most of them barely stay on the phone, they just hang up when they hear i am calling about their property. Anyone else having this issue?

Do areas with higher price points with not much multi family properties. You’ll have better luck since they won’t go after those price points

Brandon, does this strike you as a good idea or a bad idea… Thin slicing the expired‘s to see which sellers are within a reasonable range of a real sales price. Also, confirming that they are most likely owner occupied by looking at the pictures. Then doorknocking them.
