We aren’t giving them enough credit. Their build is LITERALLY light themselves on fire -> grab enemies -> yeet their corpse at other enemies -> repeat. Or Light themselves on fire -> jump on large monsters -> slash wildly at their face -> they die. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I also love that jumping off cliffs is apparently required.

if you min max level him up to 200 as archmage only then yes

Immolation scales mostly from Strength, so make sure to get those assassin levels in addition to sorcerer. I went 30 assassin 30 sorcerer 40 strider for a decently balanced Arisen that can do pretty much anything.

dragon's dogma taught me that setting yourself on fire and running at the enemy is the most effective strategy in any capacity It's the next level of the dnd wizard's "I cast fireball"

Always my favorite build to farm BBI gear. First 100 levels sorcerer for crazy magick damage, then switch to MA and immolate lol
