I dont care what people say about not getting a winger Broberg is a fantastic pick and it will definitely help the back end with Bouchard and think if Edmonton keeps Klethbom and Larson they are all Swedish players too so he should fit in nicely. Can always get wingers through trades or feee agency I believe Holland can get it done

Yeety McSkeety ...try 4 years. Klefbom will be 26 when the season starts. Broberg turns 18 this week and could easily be in junior hockey for another 2 years if he goes to Hamilton. Not unusual to see a defenceman spend a couple of years in the minors...especially on a Ken Holland run team

Did you not hear anything they said??? We aren't drafting a player hoping he joins the lineup immediately, we've done that before. If we need a Winger this season the logical decision would be to sign one not draft one

Think this way Klethbom and Larson are Swedish players so when Brobergs ready he should feel comfortable once called up. I like the move cause most of Edmonton’s problems is defence you got Connor you got Leon and RNH Yamamoto and probably Benson Rattie Chiasson Kassian there’s guys that can score and maybe Holland gets something back for puljujarvi a winger good one so I like that they went after a D guy
