I´m planning right now a trip to Dubai to search for an apartment and check the areas, I was wondering if I have to book previously with the agent the visits or if i arrived Monday , same Monday start calling ¿? mmmmm... xx

You need a visa and a Emirates ID card before renting an apartment long term.
