I want this dvd. Back in the 70's when I suffered from severe depression, drinking beer and listening to Dubliners records saved my life. In my 70's they are still my heroes.

@@bbtom4098 I was a 70s kid and i discovered the Dubliners in 1978 aged 9 and I immediately fell in love with this awesome and strong Irish band I saw them in concert in my hometown in 1988 when I was 19 and the members were Barney Mckenna Ronnie Drew John Sheehan Sean Cannon and Eamon Campbell they were very nice to me and some Irish men last year did a tribute to the Dubliners and I learnt that John Sheehan no longer performs he is multi music talented

Brilliant, love this vid !! Big tears were there when Barney McKenna sang "I wish I had someone to love me" he lived to play and sing and spread the Irish music around the world. Love it !! And then the final with several singers and musicians - amazing and heart-warming !!

The amazing skill of John Sheahan on the violin has yet to be appreciated and acknowledged. Every word springs individually from the strings of his fiddle. Marvellous skill entirely.

I can't believe that I, a 19 year old lad, am going to see them live later this year in october, very near to my hometown. I've never been looking forward to any event more in my life. It's sad Barney and the others aren't alive today to witness the 50th anniversary tour. May God bless them!

We all realise that it's totally impossible to replace Luke but that voice of Sean Cannon - it's terrible! There must be a Dubliner somewhere that has a decent voice. Patsy was really amazing in The Dublin City Ramblers, but he's a bit seedy now.
