What is brutal is this team has the talent to win games, they could be undefeated if it were not for really dumb bone head penalties committed by the Huskies in both this game and Apple Cup, plus some questionable play calling in the red zone...they put up over 500 yards of offense and only came away with 18, could've been 27 if it weren't for missed FG's and even that is low considering the yardage they put up on Rutgers...this team is missing something, that crucial element necessary to finish drives and finish games.

I've seen two stupider penalties. The Florida defender who, after stopping LSU on third down of a tie game with two minutes left. ripped the LSU player's shoe off ant threw it, keeping the drive alive (LSU went on to kick the game-winning FG with 30 seconds left.) That was the second-stupidest penalty in college football ever. The stupidest is The Piss And Miss. I know there's high emotions in rivalry games, but you have to keep it under control. Ole Miss trails Miss State by 7 with 9 seconds left. Matt Corral throws a TD pass to Elijah Moore... who then crawls on all fours and lifts his leg to imitate a pissing dog. 15-yard penalty, now it's 35-yard extra point, sliced wide right. Miss State wins by one.

Huskies offense played exceptional the entire game except when they got in the red zone. The huskies out gained the Rutgers by 200 yards. Huskies just had penalties at unfortunate times and were undisciplined when it mattered most. I believe the huskies have a lot more potential then people think. They just need to stay disciplined.

I swear I can count on my hands the number of his kickoffs that were actually fielded, he was an absolute cannon for a leg. But, in 2022, he got some serious yops to start the year, and fonished with like 60% on field goals. I honestly think if he had kept his accuracy from 2022, he wouldve been drafted. 90% accuracy with kickoffs that were almost always out of the back of the emd zone is crazy.

The Saints player slowed down and ran around him and that caused him to get tackled. He would have scored but instead they had to settle for a field goal. I think the Steelers ended up winning the game by 4 points, the difference in that being a td and a field goal. No penalty was issued. The player could have simply plowed over Tomlin but I'm not sure what the outcome would have been then. If they ruled he would have scored, I think they would have been rewarded a td but I'm not sure.
