@ thank you dude! It’s a Harley Benton Jazz Fusion 3 Pro. They make really affordable guitars with features that higher priced guitars typically have like stainless steel frets, roasted necks, locking tuners and all that fun stuff. I love it!

Great playing! Out of curiosity how long did it take you to get the solo down? I wanted to give it a try but have never gotten to it lol.
@AdamSethHuerta10 күн бұрын
@@TheInsanestein if I’m being 100% honest with you, I learned it about 40 minutes prior to filming this video, and some of the phrases I kept forgetting while recording so I was peeking at a tab on my pc screen while I recorded the video. Having this said, I learned the solo like 13 years ago (one of my first cringey video uploads) but never played it again until now, so maybe my hands had a little bit of muscle memory as far as bends and nuances go. As far as notes go, it’s not a difficult solo to play. Very pentatonic based shape licks/ repetition of the same positions in the fretboard. I think what makes it great is when you get into the pocket of bends and how you personalize the phrases. Cutting notes off instead of letting them ring after a bend, etc. I’d recommend learning all the notes, getting comfortable with the positions and then honing in on how you can take it a step further with nuances. If I can do it, I PROMISE you that you can do it! Get to learning! Adam

Man you been playing perfectly since 10 years ago ive learned the licks but i cant get them as smoothly as u how long do i need to be practicing it for @AdamSethHuerta
@AdamSethHuerta5 сағат бұрын
@ however long it takes until you can do it without having to think about man! I like to break pieces up into bars when I learn something new and I won’t usually move on to the next part until I’m comfortable with what I just did. I like using KZbin to MP3 converters online (just be careful of weird ad blocker pop up stuff) and loading the song or backing track into ableton, looping it and slowing it down while I play along to it. A few hours a day and you will be really big strides in progress. Adam

Whats the thing on ur headstock and is it something i should get on my guitar?
@AdamSethHuertaАй бұрын
@@noooobie_snr hi there, It is a fretwrap. It’s a Velcro strap with fabric used to dampen the sound of excessive noises when playing. I primarily use it when playing more detailed solos when I want to prevent open strings or adjacent strings from making noise. Its probably best to not develop the need for it but it it’s cheap and effective for me.
