Just tried it. Definitely wait till it cools down a lot. Otherwise it just taste like warm Greek yogurt. Once it cools though. Good texture good flavor.

Recipe video idea, oven baked sheet pan pancakes. Not anything new just faster easier prep than cooking pancakes on the stove. 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes.

you can substitute the blueberries with lilies no sugar added chocolate chips… the macros are pretty good

@treacoffillАй бұрын
That would literally add 530 calories. This recipe calls for 140 grams of blueberries, which is 70 calories. Lillie's no sugar chocolate chips are 60 calories for 14 grams, or 600 for 140. Y'all have to stop dieting based on what the package says. Your substitution would double the calories of this per serving.

Hey man - just discovered your channel and am PSYCHED by all these recipes. I recently embarked on a weight loss journey involving one of the GLPs and it's been successful for me. Down about 60 pounds. i'd still like to lose a bit more but am starting to see loss of lean muscle which is no bueno...my question for you (or the other more educated folks on this topic here) is this: how important is the actual macro breakdown? Like if I'm hitting 150 grams of protein, 20ish grams of fat, but still eating low carb - will that still give me what I need? e.g. I tend to have eggs for breakfast, chicken or lean red meat for lunch and shrimp or some kind of fish for dinner - always with veg, rarely with carb...
@cathymorrison8008Ай бұрын
You should eat 0.8g to 1g of protein for body weight. If you are on the heavier side, then protein in grams to what you want to weigh. I would add complex carbs, not only does it fill out your muscles due to water from carbs, so you don't look deflated, but it gives you energy to have a good workout as well

I watched another video talking about that I can’t believe it’s not butter spray and that there’s so many servings in it so people overuse it what is your opinion on this?
@jnn123Ай бұрын
It actually says on the bottle every 6 sprays is 5 calories. Just be reasonable with your sprays and don't dump the whole bottle in something thinking it's no calories

Remington, I have a question, In several of your videos you plug the Anabar as being soft, softer than your average protein bar and so on. Having tried many of your recipes and loving them I decided to order a box of Death by Peanut Butter, and they are as hard as a rock, not kidding, protein bricks... So did I get a bad batch or your jaw is so strong that chewing a brick is soft to you? I don't mean to be rude, but not happy I bought these at 37 a box, and they are not as advertised. Regardless I love the videos, the recipes, and support what you do, but Anabar is not soft....
@sethhaynes764Ай бұрын
You got a bad batch. I eat them everyday and are soft and crunchy friggin delicious! Soooo good! But I have had a hard batch when I ordered from Amazon before.
