Oh my gosh that looks freaking awesome! And silicone cupcake molds? I have heart-shaped ones that would just absolutely be the bomb any time of year! I also have ramekins that came with these dessert things I bought from Whole Foods and then kept and put away until I would get around to using them for something. I'm totally going to make those eggs with both of those and compare! Thank you for showing a comparison between the two minute and the three minute eggs! I love my yolks runny as heck but of course the whites completely white but that would be better if I'm eating at home. The sandwiches to go would be better with three minutes so that it doesn't get everywhere. Maybe even 3 minutes with 1-minute natural release, or whatever would make the yolks gummy but not technically "hard." I'm tempted to try that tonight just because I love eggs and now I want to try this!

It's an AGA and we love it so much! They're cast iron, run on gas, and made in the UK. Pretty uncommon here in the US. We found it used locally and it fits so well with our lifestyle and all the cooking we do. There's four separate oven compartments with 4 different functions - warming, slow cooker, baking, and roasting. Here's a video we did on it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nKGqkIque8yMb7M. Thanks for watching!

Hey joelle! Have you tried eggs IN your Aga? We have one here in England and I often do eggs straight on the hotplate - a bit of greaseproof paper of bake-o-glide straight on the simmerplate, eggs on top, put the lid down, and I have soft poahced/fried eggs in moments. you can get about four in one go. Alternatively, I boil eggs in the slow (simmering) oven in their shells - an hour gives me a hard-boiled egg.

Interesting!! I haven’t tried cooking directly on the hot plates! I know you can but I’ve always been intimidated to try. Thanks for sharing what you do. I’ll have to give it a go!

Please do not worry about the little ones yelling and screaming. That is little kids and the way they develop strong lungs and vocal cords. It has never been any different since a billion years ago. Unless the parents tell the kids to be quiet and then the children are usually repressed. Yelling for a small child is normal and healthy. Never thought of doing eggs that way. "the natives are getting restless" Really? Certainly was not expecting microaggressions so early in the morning. I get that people feel indigenous people can be a little too in your face when it comes to real hardcore issues that affect their daily life like racism however its the end of 2022.....cant people show a little compassion and understanding towards indigenous people and not be racist. Its tiresome.

Thanks for pointing out that this can be offensive. We didn't mean it directed toward any people group and can't say that we know the history of every common expression. Our hearts break for how indigenous people have been treated and have so much respect for their way of life that we learn from and try to emulate in many ways as a family.

@@FromScratchFarmstead appreciate the acknowledgement. The phrase basically was used to imply that indigenous people were uncivilized and perpetuate the harmful stereotype of "savage" people who will come harm others for fun when reality natives are forced to speak up to just ask to be seen as human beings and treated as equals.
