That's exactly how I cook my bacon, also fried pork ribs. It makes less of a greasy splatter mess to clean up and renders more of the fat. Your easy soup technique is a keeper--so comforting, too. Thanks 👍🏼

Love this soup, I make mine in the Ninja Foodi and cut the time down to 5 min pressure cook and maybe 15 min to build pressure so with chopping and sear sautéing the bacon, I have dinner in a hour. Cheaper on the electric bill. 😊

I said OMG an excessive amount of times!! The only thing I.would change is broccoli. Lots of steamed broccoli and also, if I wanted to be fancy (which I really don't🙄😳😂), I would get a couple of big rounded loaves of hearty bread and hallow them out (not too much), add the soup, add extra cheese and broil for a bit of texture on top).

I am a fairly new subscriber and absolutely love your videos. I have celiac and would LOVE to eat flour tortillas!!! This soup and a lot of your recipes I can certainly make GF. I LOVE soup and it would be so great if you could share some soup recipes this fall that I can substitute flour for cornstarch or something of that nature.
