Would never have thought about putting cream cheese in potato soup, but boy does it make difference!!! Scrumptious!! Also sautéing the onions and garlic before adding them gives this soup so much depth of flavor. Yum.👍🧀🥔🥔

Oh boy! I'm going to enjoy this one. Something I can handle til I get better from the dentist. I still make your recipes even though I can't eat anything yet. I made your skillet beef and broccoli ramen the other day and the man of the house said he was glad in a way that I couldn't eat any cuz it meant more for him. He really loved it. Had it for supper, heated some up later that evening, took some for lunch at work (and some for his friend) and then had it again for supper that night. He really loves that one. The reason I rarely make cream of potato soup is having to make a roux. Even when I get it right, the consistency of the soup changes as it cools. Using cream cheese instead - genius! Thank you so much!

Made this soup a few days ago following your recipe. Absolute perfection!!! It was so good! I've made potato soup before with russets but using Yukon golds yielded much better results. And the cream cheese was definitely the secret ingredient to take it over the top. Extremely creamy. I added a little smoked jalapeño powder i purchased on Etsy for a little kick. This will be my go-to recipe for potato soup from now on. ❤️👍
