Me too, you had me when you said you have water bath canned for years I just got the new Presto electric pressure canner. I did the very same thing this summer as my long time pressure canning friend couldn't stop talking about her conversion to the electric pressure canner last winter. I love it for small batch canning, make dinner and have some canned later!

Hi Karen I am so happy I found you. I’m 80 and have always hated to cook but you have made me want to try. You fix down to earth food that look pretty easy to do. I am a vegetarian and have been ever since I found out that meat comes from animals. But my husband eats everything. I cook meat for him but don’t like to. I loved your breakfast pockets I am going to fix some for my husband,Miles, I am thinking I can put potatoes,onions, and cheese in some for me. I fix Miles fin foil dinners some. I tried to find your cook book on Amazon but couldn’t, must be sold out. We live in Littlefield, Texas about 25 miles from Lubbock. You said you love Tennessee, I do also. We lived close to Memphis for a year. Miles was in the Marine Corps and he went to a school there. Enjoy you so much❤️

You can buy the cheese, they used to make the cheese dip and use it in a casserole instead of processed cheese shred and it is delicious specially with nachos and I use the same nachos you do that looks delicious

That baking dish is a perfect size for a toaster oven. If you only make two person meals and use that size of dish, you may want to think about getting one. It will save you heating up the whole oven for just a little dish.
