Hey there, this is first time I’ve seen you. Love your bright and beautiful kitchen, and your beautiful soft and calm voice (you sound Southern like me). These are my hubby’s fave breakfast foods 19:19 but I’ve never made into pockets before, a must try! At age 74 I’ve learned something new. Thank you!

Many Many Many years ago I was back packing around Europe ... the days of endless energy and appetite ... I will never forget a hotel in London that looked like an old house.... cheap to stay and they did just the same style of eggs as you are doing .... dragging the spatula thru it.... it is incredible how the flavor is completely different from the over cooked rubber nuggets done in restaurants...... thank you for the memory......lol

I have a suggestion for you if you'd like to give him a little surprise - use maple flavored sausage patties and put them between two layers of waffle batter in your waffle iron. They'll come out crispy and soft just like your pockets except they'll have a sweet flavor to them. 💖

First video of yours I’ve seen. I really enjoyed it! Sometimes I really miss Alabama for several reasons. I’m now subscribed and it’s not all about the food. I enjoyed spending time with you in your beautiful kitchen. Very calming to me. I always loved spending time with my grandmothers. I just made these for my husband and I for a late breakfast. We both whole heartedly approve!! 🤗😋 Thank you so much Karen for this delicious and simple breakfast idea!! There are 5 left. Two are going into the fridge and 3 into the freezer. I did want to ask you if it’s better to bake them first and then freeze or freeze them unbaked? I already baked them all, but would like to know for next time. Thanks again and sharing your channel and this recipe with all my family and friends. 🤗 blessing during your recovery and so thankful your surgery went well. God bless you sweet lady. 🙏🏻✝️🌹

So glad to have e found you!! This recipe looks so tasty and super easy to do! Thank you for the idea. My man is always hungry lol God bless from the great beehive state of Utah. 🙏🏻✝️🌹

I started making the biscuits and freezing them since watching your video. I have to use cup4cup gluten free flour because I'm wheat intolerant. I make the two ingredient biscuits 4 ingredients counting the baking powder and salt. I made sausage eggs and cheese and bacon eggs and cheese. They froze really well and 60 mins in microwave they were done. Didn't care for the bacon but loved the sausage. Thanks so much. Going to try ham next 🙂
