If youre having trouble with the baby villagers not moving into the collection room, try removing the trap doors seperating the crop room from the bedroom. I did this and the first night afterwards they all successfully moved through the elevator.

When you removed them did the farmers ever accidentally fall into the hole?

@avdude1o yeah this ended up happening a little while later, I still have one farmer up there and about 6 baby's already so I'm just gonna move him back up there and continue to troubleshoot the doors

​@@henryh22I figured out a fix for this. Remove the trapdoors from the "doorway" except the one where they fall through. Just put a trapdoor flat on the ground just in front of the doorway (in the crop area). The adult villagers will be heightened a little bit and won´t be able to acces the "doorway" and won´t fall through the other trapdoor "fallpit" anymore. Let me know if this helped you. Can help a lot of bedrock players.

Please pin this. I have a solution for the bedrock players in which the baby´s can´t pathfind their way into the "doorway". The doorway should be 2 blocks high, put a trapdoor in the doorway on the ground as in the video to use as a "fall pit" and use a second trapdoor flat on the ground just in front of the doorway (in the crop area). This will stop the adult villagers from falling through the trapdoor in the doorway since they will be heightened a bit and won´t have acces anymore. I hope you get what I mean. Vote this up please.

Yes, on Bedrock, besides the trapdoor through which the babies will fall, you need to keep the top "closed" trapdoor and replace the bottom one with a flat trapdoor on top of the closest crop tile. You lose one crop tile, yes, but that's the way you can ensure the babies fall down the trap while the farmers stay where they should be. I THINK this should work by putting a slab instead of a flat trapdoor too, but haven't tested it.

Thanks for the vid, it was helpful, but I am a small bit confused because the last line of dirt on the short side was not being covered by the water block, I checked it twice to make sure that I had it right and so I decided to, in the end, place a water source down there there it was not getting the water. figured it would be beneficial for you to have the knowledge though.

It can work with only one farmer villager right? Can the other one be any villager? Only temporary of course, I accidentally trade locked a fletcher and it’s the only other villager I have.

Ive been waiting for a half hour for them to breed but they just dont. Is it possible that I have to stay in the same chunk as them for it to work? I have commands on so I have daylocked it and turned off mobs just to experiment, but they still wont breed.

Villagers only breed at certain times of day, if you day locked at the wrong time they won't breed

Why are you not explaining what version this is for when you start the video? About 25min and in realize the beds only place this way in java... I am sure the farm will still work but now I have to make adjustments to the entire 11x11 area to work... Just pointing this out

Yes, I’m pretty sure they would. All you have to do is transport them 150 blocks away. Or just place a few beds outside the villager breeder

they dont need to, they can breed on the farm the beds just need to be nearby! and the hole is to collect the baby villagers when the baby villagers pathfind to the bed
