All jokes aside duke is an extremely difficult boss if you are not familiar with his movements and if you are not good at dodging you will struggle immensely on his 3 phase for that i recommend driving some beer and a golf cart yes as bad as it sounds it actually works really well against him Fighting duke pre mech mosses is not for the faint of heart and you will get your ass handed to you on the double digits

Duke isn't easy, he's consistent. It took me 4 months of attempts to kill him the first time, but then the next day I killed him 7/10 times.

Btw when you dodge an a attack with Brain Of Confussion, you give 10% extra summon damage. And remember use sentries and war table, they are valid for Summoners

Use mixing armor instead of Frost because mixing has better offense and defense

@@Helusieek but beating fishron already requires skill, so it shouldn't be a problem if you decided and please make a new guide bc i find queen slime harder than fishron cuz of projectile spam, the duke has consistent pattern, i always have a flairon and tank build for queen slime for both overtanking and overdamaging her, i'm not that skilled lol, i only learned fishron because i raged on queen slime and wanted to revenge well, i can't even beat bosses until golem without post-fishron gear, i would like to see pre-queen slime fishron guides as all classes

@@TheLusion Just get an infinite flight mount and when queen slime gets in her second phase and starts flying just go to the opposite direction while she is flying at you, keep shooting at her until she is dead and if you find your self at the edge of the world just change directions, I would recommend a mount like the black spot from the pirate raid.

@@BJFPV infinite flight mounts are post plantera (except for baby duke, but we are talking about beating her without duke fishron). Really, she just gets messed up by kiting. Just fly towards one direction and make sure to keep your distance (as shown in the video) with an adequate platform and you will be just fine.

Firecracker is better if you are using sanguine staff, higher base damage means the multiplicative nature of firecracker is more impactful, while summon tag damage is better on a lower base damage, but faster attacking weapon like blade staff.

In mobile, you can't fly and attack at the same time, since the button to do both action is in the right side (Attack and Jump/fly). You can theoretically do it.. using more finger to play.. but it's hard. Felt like too try hard.

@@notagamer9168 and what does it change ? You still need to hold the attack button, while also fly at the same time. Lock on or manually aiming, it's still the same situation. What about moving the button to the left side ? The life is where the analog to move is, you'll be more screwed trying to shuffle between move and jump/fly. The easier way to do maneuver like PC player are to use flying mounts. Witch broom, the fishron mount, the UFO mount. It's still not the same but at least that way you can unequipped wings to be replaced by another accessory.

go into settings, controls, and change "up to jump" into swipe. holding your joystick in the top half will make you start flying, holding your joystick in the left or right corner will make you move in either direction without flying

I think that the warrior did the worst in this guide, due to the lack of good weapons in this stage on Duke Fishron, but the best tip will be to practice dodging with Queen Slime Mount.
