Letting yourself grieve the relationship and letting go of those feelings is huuuuge. You can sort out your game and overall self-esteem later, but you have to let yourself feel what your body wants to feel because otherwise that's gonna build up in you and make you bitter, unproductive, etc. In other words, cry it all out, scream it all out and don't judge yourself. And obviously use all of your spare time now to improve yourself and do hobbies. Slowly but surely you'll build yourself back up. Hope this helps
