As a Romanian, nothing brings me more joy than seeing this group get the justice that they deserve. They're lucky that they didn't get caught in the U.S., they would have a whole lot more than 5 years. Better in jail than back home in Romania living it up and being a bad example to youngsters, bribing politicians, and so on. These three have no practical skills, if it were up to me I'd lock them in and lose the key until they can prove that they can do something else to make a living, a trade, or a degree or something-anything.

I prefer Southeastern European. It addresses the historic, cultural and now even genetic similarities between our peoples. Balkan is too charged of a term, better used by people who know what the term actually means, but more often than not is used to describe a more recent history of Sovietism, destabilizeation and corruption, and for some reason encompasses many more countries than can rightly be said to be in the Balkans.
