I loved all these actors as a kid, so great to see them again...Great writing, normal characters, no dead ends in the story...The late 70s was the apex of American television...How did this great show last only13 episodes? I remember my mother watching this show first run...I probably caught 2 or 3 of them back then...

THANK YOU for sharing these! And in good quality, considering all surviving videos come from broadcast TV and saved onto videotape, at least in the first generation. A few of these look as though they have perhaps been punched up a bit on the resolution though, which really helps! I had ordered 7 of the episodes on DVD-R off a reseller some years back, and they don't look this good. I hope somewhere, someone has the remaining 4 episodes. It would be a shame to lose them forever - if someone has them: Please Share! 🙂 Thanks!

Wendy Phillips and Michael Horton (best known for playing the bumbling Grady Fletcher, on "Murder, She Wrote), both born in 1952 and John Considine are still alive. Sadly, all the rest are gone. Capra means goat in Italian. The best known Capra is the great director Frank Capra. Eddie said to the J.J., in Italian, " that's the way things are now", when they were discussing Eddie becoming a partner. Lois Nettle ton was once married to Jean Shepherd, who wrote the novel that "A Christmas Story" was based. He was a wonderful raconteur and hosted a radio program in NYC for a long time. Robert Walker, Jr. was the son of Robert Walker, Sr. and Jennifer Jones. Walker, Sr. Is best known for playing the psychopathic killer in Hitchcock's " Strangers on A Train ". Robert Vaughn was well known for playing Napoleon Solo in " The Man From U.N.C.L.E., the campy takeoff on the James Bond movies. He also starred with You Brenner and Steve McQueen, in "The Magnificent Seven" based on the Japanese film, "The Seven Samurai". Stella Stevens also starred in one or two Elvis Presley movies.

I love this series, have been looking for more episodes, thank you so much. So if you can find the rest of them, I'd be happy. But I just realized that lacey's daughter calls her by her first name. If I ever called my mother by her name, all she would have to do is give me the look. You know what I'm talking about. I'm your mother, to me it's disrespectful. My daughter tried it when she was younger as a joke. Saying so and so calls her mom by her first name. I told her I'm not so and so mother. She never did that again. Know I got off the subject, but had to get that out. ❤❤❤

There's a really good murder program with Miss Stevens, Richard Boone and Suzanne Pleschett (sp). , where a man , Boone murders his philandering wife , Stevens. The twist is that Boone plays a blind man. I don't remember the name. Janet Margolin, as a teenager starred in the cult film "David and Lisa", (1962) with Keir Dullea and Howard Da Silva. It was about two teenagers in a psychiatric institute who connected with each other. Da Silva played their psychiatrist. Interesting movie but intense.

@@4z94 I found Richard Boone in his old western series, Have Gun Will Travel. He played a hired gun, but he was also a rennesaince man (I'm sure I misspelled that.) His character was awesome, rough and ready, but also cultured and smooth, especially with the ladies. Paladin. Since then I've seen him in other roles, and he wasn't especially handsome, kind of rough, but his personality was absolutely magnetic.
