you can takes practice and even with a home Wok all ya need to know they absorb heat REALLY fast so ya need to keep movin well depends what ya doin but for alot of things ya need to stir up few times. maybe 2-3 stir ups a minute as i said depends on what ya do and the heat most use medium or a bit above but not full blast on gas stoves

This is the quietest kitchen i ever seen in my life, and i was in kitchens for 15 yrs. Only time its this quiet is after a fight! Fr tho these guys are amazing. Clean, precise, efficient, crazy knife and saute skills. I wouldve loved to be able to cook in japan. Thats an honor. 🙏🏼
