They look like father and son, remind me how me and my father used to take over the kitchen in our restaurant and when it is busy so much coordination together. Watching them work together brings back my 10 yrs ago memories. Sending you guy many love
The chain restaurants use to make the sauces in batches, meets are prepared and proportioned and so does the meets like chicken, beef, pork; All frozen. The franchisee has to pay the franchisor a franchise fee. Nothing can compare to the love the guy puts on this food.
The whole thing is so impressive. Organization, prep, right amount of talk, keep everything moving non stop, everyone knows their job, no arguing and swearing and im sure what is delicious food. Look how different from Kitchen Nightmares.
Пар из кастрюли нагревает тарелки и одновременно дезикция. тарелки стояли на полке. это дополнительный бонус на чистоту и стерильность посуды. рациональное использование пространства и продуктов производства
These folks amaze me. Working in a space similar to a long 2 car garage they are like dancers, anticipating their partners and working in perfect sync. And the energy level! And just watching them make food makes me drool. Kudos!
No yelling, no complaints, everyone gliding thru the tiny kitchen seamlessly like on clouds. The older chef presents us with a beautiful dance of dishes one after another, one as delicious and as scrumptious as the other. I swear I can smell and taste it thru my screen... 💖

TThe pressure is with the waiter. The yelling and complaining is in the dining room. Only two cooks, nothing they can do. Just Tango, baby. I used to work for the place likke that. Just one cook ( owner) and me. hic..hic...!! The store close sign show 11 PM. I mopped the floor at 1 Am. Walked back to my apartment next door with the can of beer in my hand and the smile on my face. It was 1982. Snow was up to knee. It called Life. he..he..

This is a Must Watch, the food looks so fresh and good. The dishes are colorful, and the workers dress well neat, and clean. The whole place makes my mouth water. Everybody works like a bullet train. I enjoyed watching every second of this video. Thanks the cameraman.

I was so impressed by just the simple output and speed. The father son dynamic makes it even better. As a cook, there are always complaints and do overs, but nothing during their service. The silent professionalism in all the Japanese kitchens is impressive. Everyone listens and the work just gets done. The food they were producing was top rate.

What’s the difference between the two? Why should the older man get any more recognition than the younger cat. Both are working both getting the job done. Both should be equally commented on.
The Father is just awesome in the kitchen. Watching him prep and cook. He would make any world class chef proud. Food looks delicious and plenty on the plate. Great video enjoy watching.
Great service.... Love the organization... Enjoyed seeing these two bang it out... The harmony between these guys was amazing, if you noticed they rarely spoke to one another but they knew their part... Very impressed i wish them the best... Much Love!
Es increíble la coordinación que tienen todos en esa cocina. No se estorban. Nada los entretiene. Cada uno está en lo suyo. Eso solo se logra con muchos años trabajando juntos. Satisfactorio de ver 😍

I can feel how their body, especially their legs, would feel after a long and busy day doing this. The exhaustion would be immense. This kind of work is hard and takes a lot out of you. It takes dedication and some kind of passion to do this kind of work daily.

I think in terms of the numbers of meals served and people fed the wok must be the greatest cooking utensil in history. And I have so much respect for places like this, who keep working people fed well and just keep going. The old man's thousands of days of labor doing this are testified by his body. And he smiles and laughs.
