@@DavidHutchinson0713 Roy being a quarter dragon against Roland with Durandal in a hypothetical scenario would've been bad match up. Probably the same reason why he doesn't wield it XD.

@@projectmessiah Well, official sources have confirmed that Roy is 15 in The Binding Blade, so... For a reminder, Ninian gets resurrected at the end of The Blazing Blade, courtesy of Bramimond, and if she has an A-support with Eliwood, she chooses to stay with him and live a human's lifespan (as noted by her Legendary alt in Heroes). After that, they get married, and five years after the final battle, Roy was born (this last fact remains true with all of the potential spouses for Eliwood).

The eight legends are in Project Ember during the Yahn chapter but they're just generic enemies, they don't have custom sprites like this.

According to description this is Project Ember, perhaps this is a classified version in which hasn't been released to the public.

Roy is definitely not the shittiest lord in Project Ember but that aside this is obviously done for pure demonstration

Well, you know that it says in fe6 that eliwood is the greatest knight when in reality he’s a Paladin so it probably meant that he was a “knight” and a Paladin. Then again, I thought Roland was a Paladin.

Because Hartmut used both Roy's signature sword, the Binding Blade, and Zephiel's signature sword, Eckesachs, hence why there are 9 legendary weapons for the 8 legends of the Scouring. Technically 10, if you count the Saint's Staff.

I really hate how people think that making the sprites higher in res makes them betterm they are just convoluted and look really gross. There is beauty in simplicity

i agree in beauty in simplicity, but I don't think higher res doesn't necessarily mean its ugly, or better. the point of the romhack was to overhaul FE6, both in gameplay and in graphics, been playing it for the last few hours and I think it does an awesome job in those two aspects. FE6 still has a lot of charm to it, maybe the romhack isnt for you

1:04 seeing that stat go "down" makes me wonder if anyone has made a fire emblem fatigue mod/campaign. Maybe have characters start at max stats and turn the level up system into a fatigue system with negative growths. If they defeat more enemies, they lose LUC, SKL, SPD, ATK or something like that. It'd be a tedius game mode for sure but it might be interesting.
