Born in 54, this was my music growing up on am radio. I love it !

I remember the 60s....I was in grade school....but I had older brothers and sisters your age and older...listen to the music on WHLO AM radio I think it broadcast out of Cleveland....I always wondered how they got the weird effect on this song...finally found out.....they ran the guitar track backwards....called it "Back masking".

Psychedelic music I wish I can listen to this song smoking marijuana, but I'm 65 years old now, don't smoke marijuana nor snort coke, great memories.

I can't believe I have never heard this before given I really liked "You got to get me to the world on time".

"Too Much To Dream", was released before "Get Me to the World on Time". But both are on the same album.

@@beatleographer_10-51 I do not think Too much to dream was released in UK but I will stand corrected as I just do not know. Thanks for the info.

Back when the only electronic effects available were reverb and tremolo. My old Sears Silvertone amp had both plus I got me a Maestro Fuzz Tone as soon as they appeared. Once I heard the Stones' "Satisfaction" I had to have one. I'm sure I over-used all of that stuff as a young teen guitarist. I even deliberately bashed my amp head for that horrible reverb crash you could get with a spring reverb. Yikes!
