Hello I am an a apprentice fresh out of a very underwhelming trade school and Im working residential at the construction site. Do you recommend I buy this course ? I also noticed that the course is based on 2020 NEC but I live in New York where we use the 2017 NEC? Will the information still apply ?

Greetings Chris. If you are preparing for an electrical exam then the Fast Trax RED Residential is not what you need as that would be the Fast Trax BLACK program. However, if you are simply wanting to highly expand your knowledge specifically to Residential Wiring and not for exam prep the Fast Trax RED for Residential will most certainly take your game to the next level.

@@MasterTheNEC Hello Mr. Abernathy. Thank you for clearing this up. I already have the Red Residential wiring book. Im not currently studying for any exams. Im new to the trade and I just want to expand my knowledge and become a Journeyman. After attending trade school and I realize that I must teach myself this trade in order to grow. So apart from the reading materials and quizzes, does the course include any more supplemental or interactive material like Videos, tutorials, live classes,etc. ??? And but do these course ever go on sale/ discounts ? Through the year.

Yes, there are some videos but the main benefits are our end of unit reviews that are graded by me personally and access to the 800 electrical questions database. If you have the book you should be fine. The other difference is I tend to not answer electrical questions anymore that are directly related to the book unless they are students of mine so with the book you are on your own. We really don't offer any discounts..sorry.
