What Elemental Shake brand do you recommend? Ive tried a couple different ones, for crohns disease & they were terrible tasting. Also, i found they gave me a huge fungal overgrowth, in the mouth (from high sugar concentration). Thank you - great video

@@1gaia I like the Dr. Micheal Ruscio whey free peach and chocolate flavors, it taste good and disolves easily by stiring. I tried another brand and it hurt my digestive system. My body is doing well on the Dr. Micheal Ruscio elemental heal shakes. I hope this helps.

This video was very helpful. Thank you. Question...Ive read comments that some people develop thrush or candida overgrowth when consuming the ED. What does one do of they develop candida but cant take an antifungal such as Fluconazole. That drug made me worse.

Can someone with gastroparesis or SIBO or another digestive disorder do the elemental diet longer term? Until and unless symptoms resolve?
