Front side is your normal racing, Back side is you start at the other end and race towards the starting line

The reason for this is to simulate a street race. Shutdown areas are almost always asphalt and often times rough asphalt meaning way less contact patch for the rear tires. Back side surfaces are never ever prepped either whereas front side no prep races are often on leftover prep from the last race. This often results in there is still being a lot of rubber down on a smooth, often concrete surface

I made a post on Blue Collar right before Gangster's Paradise about this topic...they would absolutely be competitive, but I had a feeling they would not make it...same for the TSR team and CB...Jason doesn't feel track is safe enough yet (I disagree), my gut tells me Lyle probably feels the same way. I think they would have changed their minds if they would have been at WW8...it was the fastest and safest yet. Will you be there here in a few weeks Kevin?

Lyle is arguably one of the best drivers in the world and one of the only drivers to take a flame thrower to the face at over 200 mph. So if he has any concerns or reservations about the limitations of the chassis and safety only a fool would question him. I'm disabled so He's an inspiration to me. I love everything Pete and Lyle do. Win or lose My money is always on HED and Lyle Barnett.
