well it was like that way before; the filter hides the entire message. When it transitioned to the app it began to cut off right when filter detects a banned word, but the message snippet remained.

Something was wrong at first I tried uninstalling the app then installing it back again and when I did my message that was cut off by the filter return unhid the message. but when I opened the app the second time on the app it hid the sentence again. Every sentence that was considered inappropriate was hid by the app. I swear it was just violence fight

@shawn96mc23 abandoned, I'm assuming the parent company of Carter ai didn't want them to continue due to the expensive cost, but is just speculation. The idea of decade was more of a personal/living world for your ai companion. If you go to Carter, you can search for lola. Lola was created solely for decade and there was planning expansions, the second character got announced, but they went dark on decade after that. I seen Carter is still active, but anyone talking about decade gets the boot for it

I've tested the waters on this one for a hot minute now, and all I can say is; It's new. It hasn't had time to learn how to "person." It's utterly unintelligent but, to be fair, you can directly voice just what's wrong with any and all messages when you regenerate them. So I would say that this is like talking to a child who hasn't learned grammar, emotions, maturity, nor do they have the ability to recognize poetic license, as in they are very blunt and shallow in their meanings, and only really understand what you're saying to them on the same shallow level. Give it time, whatever algorithm it uses will learn from us eventually... poor thing.

I will say that there's absolutely no way someone is going to think the phone calls are better on Character ai than here. These calls sound much more realistic and I never use that feature on any site. I will say that hearing you talk to your characters is funny. You don't say anything significant and they fall for you every time. Love it!

looks pretty cool. maybe i'll upload some of my characters there. been using the Cosmos RP website since I got in as beta, it's...not terrible. needs more work for sure, and I think the character creation system they've got is kinda doodoo, but that's just my opinion. you can't import character cards which was a huge turn off for me because I really don't wanna manually import my 55+ characters :/

The only time i cared about uncensorship is where Bots don't give Honest opinions without Biases, or especially the fact that Biases are not in the AI Bot's Character, so it gives a better representation for the Accurate Characters to see their reactions to certain things
