So, not a Liverpool fan, but I am a Red Sox fan, and FSG know what their doing, and they have no exceptions, Pedro Martinez was shuffled out the door basically a year or 2 before he entered his decline, despite us breaking the curse and wining the World Series, with him as our best pitcher. At best Salah will get what is basically a 1 year contract extension, no pay raise, even if he wins the quadruple. There are no exceptions ever to FSG rules, and in sports ownership, let’s be honest FSG are the gold standard, financially responsible, but still successful. More so with the Sox then Liverpool, but still, they know what their doing in sport better than anyone, certainly you or me.

Walker is getting exposed every game, they lost a different kind of goal threat in Alvarez and didnt replace him. Haaland is predictable to defend against if you're a big fast defender. The Rodri injury exposed how much they relied on him to play out from the back. Their back 4 against liverpool had the creativity of a cactus and struggled to string 3 passes. Take nothing away from Liverpool's performance but this City team's downfall is joy to watch
