His major dis of Shannon was one of the worst moments for him. Comparing the tight end position to the QB position in an effort to put down Shannon was so dumb. Not to mention they played in two entirely different eras. Guys like Peyton and Tom ushered in the QB protection era. Shannon played in the good ol violent nfl era his whole career.

Personally, I think Skip Bayliss Should invest in his own show as a producer. Or something in that nature where he finds new talent and supports their growth. I could see him doing something like that for the next generation of sports talk. I feel like skip wants to still be doing it. I don't see him just retiring, but maybe he should take a back seat and be in the background and help future talent show their results. And he can profit from that. So I really think he should think about producing or starting his own company. Or something in that nature where he could still be involved, but he's behind the scenes. Investing in helping young talent take over for the future.

Don't worry adult male who is reading this long ass comment... just know its ok for 2 people to have a difference of opinions & you not criticize or judge them. Let's not forget who gave Shannon Sharpe the opportunity to be a ex NFL athlete on a sports talk show that talks about multiple sport topics... Skip! You know it’s funny, it never occurred to me that Shannon was the real reason I watched Undisputed and then I proceeded to really have an interest in the Nightcap with Ocho as well as an occasional club Shay Shay podcast. Honestly, I can't watch sports talk shows anymore. I'll listen to sports radio sometimes, but like watching TV just to hear people's opinion felt really pointless as the years went by... just bc it had no meaning for what was actually going on. The best part was seeing the highlights of the best plays and stuff. So it wasn't all sports stuff. But the talk shows on television in particular. Even this video has more substance than two adults debating sports. I'm not even really sure how other adults still watch that stuff enough for the shows to profitable. Not saying I want them to fail, either... I just wonder how that stuff still entertains people day in and day out... But yeah, great video as always Mike. Skip should've been a better leader and nourished the connection with co-host a lil more... I like skip, but I really don't like that he wasn't better to Shannon off screen
