Or you know Congress can just create legislation that doesnt require legal scholars to decipher, that clearly spell out what is or isn’t legal, and then let law enforcement enforce the laws. Any law infringing on arms is unconstitutional anyway, so Congress shouldn’t be passing laws regarding firearms in the first place.
