I had a Cayenne and took it in for service. Was loaned a Macan which I was totally unfamiliar with. When I drove it I was like "what the hell is this?" A totally stunning, high performing vehicle. I've had 2 GTS since.

I have a 2023 Macan GTS Python Green coming in Ocober 2022. I have had STI's, Hellcats, M3's, Cobra Mustangs, ZO6 Corvettes over the past 20 years. This is my first Porsche, I honestly drove a VW Toureg a year ago or so and was impressed with the handling, and I have a Golf TDI commuter base model which is honestly very fun with a Kerma Patch on computer. Excited to try this Macan, seeing that is last gas Macan GTS - I had no choice to sell a kidney (well not quite but you get it). I don't hate electric but I like the connection between machine and human, and the visceral experience each and every gas powered car gives. Maybe in future electric will be exciting, I know it's fast, but for now I need this last gas powered beauty !!

Still rocking my 2018 Macan Turbo and absolutely love the old 3.6ltr. This new model is nice though, particularly the interior as that was what predominantly stopped from me upgrading to the 2019/21 model as it wasn't THAT different. Nice review my friend, enjoyed the video

Hello from Finland, so nice to see Macan GTS in such a typical Nordic rural landscape. Great job! The car must be spetacular, I had Macan Diesel with PASM and air suspension and even that was truly great to drive.

Great review! It’s sad to realize all electric is coming for this car and a long line of automotive passion is ending. I’m looking at a 2017 Macan S, with 50,700 miles on it. They want $33,000 but it honestly looks immaculate from the short test drive I did last weekend. This would be my first Porsche ownership. I’m not sure if I’m going to go through with it, (because of the timing, bolt issue and oil leak issues common for this car )..but your video definitely pushed me in the direction of pulling the trigger.

The 2021 models looked better, that front plastic grill looks cheaper and the real console buttons are better than haptic. But that's just me

Waiting for my GTS, great review and keep up the good work... don't mind the negatives and bad reviews as each can have its own opinion... what I can confirm is the fact once you sit behind the Macan GTS sports GT steering wheel and give it a go, you will be 100% on the same page with Paul... it is truly fun car and a pocket rocket which doesn't break your spine while it paints smile to your face 😊... for some strange reason when you are specking your Macan there is no "smile" option to select but let me assure you something, you will always get one when driving it 😊 Thanks Paul for great review, this is what car review feels like to petrol heads…

Yeah, those 'first' facelift cars are the ones to buy. You get pretty much everything what this 'second' facelift has to offer, but that center console is much more usable, with all those buttons

0-60 in those conditions. Why don't you do it up hill too. That GTS Macan is the pinnacle when it comes to crossovers. So good!

Are you sure about your sports car thing ~ just watched the Cayenne GT nearly out do the 718 Cayman GT4 on a lap time and destroy most sports cars .looking up the Macan GTS it’s skid pan result is astonishing.

I'm pretty sure, yes. The Cayenne Turbo GT is a different beast all together. Unlike the Macan GTS, it's made by the GT department and on top of that it has 230 more HP and tones more torque compared to the GT4. But despite that, it's almost 10s slower around the Nurbugring. It's all very impressive, of course, but still no sports car, if you ask me

I’m not sure how many horse a macan need to be fast but it’s got to be more then 440 cuz the car is heavy,the turbo I drove was slow hopefully the gts is faster

I have a face lifted macan turbo with the real buttons and it is not easy to control them while driving either, I always press what I want to press while I’m stopped also you have all the driving modes in the steering wheel so you basically only use the other buttons to fix the AC and to turn the start and stop function off (AC switches are still real switch knobs).

And second of all, in Sweden, the Plaid is 140k€ and that's 40% more expensive than this Macan GTS. I'm not saying the Porsche is good value, cause it isn't, but paying 140k for a Tesla is nuts

Try and be more respectful, ok? The official specs say 4.5s as standard and 4.3s with the Sport Chrono pack. And as you could see in the video, the conditions were not ideal to test the real 0 - 100km/h time of this car.

I honestly don't know what you're talking about. The cheapest 6 cylinder X3 is around 70k, base. And that's missing around 80hp. The x3m, which is this car's competitor, is around 90. So more expensive. Yes, BMWs are slightly cheaper, but they're not THAT much cheaper.
