Is it really possible to slow down time? No but it will appear that you can slow down time. In fact you are just thinking and acting faster as a result of greater consciousness of your thoughts. Manage the energy of your thoughts. As a result you minimize your challenges, and direct your experience towards the results your desire. You will feel more positive and in control in every facet of your life.
Penny Zenker is a sought after strategic business coach, experiential trainer and best-selling author of “The Productivity Zone: Stop the Tug of War with Time”. Penny helps business leaders think and act more strategically and more consciously to impact all areas of their lives.
Penny Zenker is a strategic business coach, trainer and best selling author of “The Productivity Zone: Stop the Tug of War with Time”.
Penny will share how greater self-awareness in the moment will slow time and improve your productivity. Her motto is “Every Day is Game Day”. To help people think and act more strategically in the moment she has created the P10 productivity accelerator.
Her system is derived from her personal experiences building up and later selling a multi-million dollar business, as a senior executive at one of the world's largest market research companies and working with business leaders all over the world as a Tony Robbins Business Coach.

I started to save others the trouble of calling me crazy when I began to believe it myself. For years I lived according to what others told me, then I woke up and began clearing my life of that toxicity. For one who never believed in themselves to become the outspoken person who stands up for those who are supressed came as a surprise for those I left behind, THEY say the CRAZY has spread hehe

I was called Crazy and Weird for so many decades. At age 51, I realized that being crazy or weird in the eyes of the public just means that I'm stepping outside of THEIR comfort zone and they don't understand it. It's all good. I'd rather be "crazy" and "weird" than "normal" (whatever that means). Normal is boring.

Nina w A simple routine it will change your life is to write down three things that you’re grateful for when you get up in the morning before you go to bed. When you do this take a few deep breaths and really breath in the gratitude to you heart and connect with it fully. At the same time eliminate News, email, and other online activity when you wake up and before you go to bed. Fill you first and last thoughts with gratitude and joy. It will make a huge difference.

Totally agree , iam so addicted to thinking in arts and work to point that i find myself get disconnected from the world , it requires good reason to grap my attention or some big events and even those fails sometimes gets me out of my thoughts ,the power of thinking and thoughts could eaisly drive a person to insanity if they are emotionally weak to handle them ,control it could be a two sides weapon on a person against their own self .
