It would take approximately 333,000 Earth size planets to equal the mass of our star Sol. There are approximately 100 billion to 400 billion stars in our averaged size galaxy, Milky Way. There are at least 200 trillion galaxies in the known universe, and the number could be much higher as we cannot see the entire universe. I don't know about you, but that tells me that my little old self is beyond insignificant. This is why I find it extremely difficult to acknowledge that my various states of consciousness could possibly influence what happens in infinity, or how my for score and ten years of life in an inconceivably ancient universe affects anything but myself and the vanishingly insignificant points of consciousness on this planet that I reluctantly acknowledge as my fellow humans. It smacks of being a towering conceit that some of us believe that we are the "crown of creation"...
