Following on from the popularity of the recent Taco Bell full menu challenge I did a few weeks back, I thought in this weekend's video I'd do another fast food take-down in the shape of Dunkin Donuts!
Over 11,000 calories of Dunkin snacks await...
NB: Bear in mind, all UK DD locations are franchises and as such do not have a uniform menu. Their offerings differ significantly from the website menu and as such there are more donuts here than you see there, and at the same time less sandwiches. That said, we got every item we could on the day. Excluding of course the 30 or more combinations of drinks. Instead I got one from each section (standard coffee, frappe, coolata and iced juice).

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Watching you and other youtubers eat copious amounts of food has honestly helped my binge eating disorder tons. I find the confort from eating replaced by watching the videos of others eating instead, and in that way it really calms me. Definitely not here for the asmr though. Keep up the awesome content

I don't have any problem with the prayer word and Lord only knows I need all the prayers I can get! I'm happy to report that I'm doing really well with my ED and I'm currently working through one of the roughest patches in my life. I'm sure that your kids are extremely blessed to have a dad like you. No, infact, as someone who lost their dad at an extremely young age, I KNOW that they are blessed for it. Keto works if you can keep it going but I can’t live that lifestyle for more than 3 months and then the weight and body fat comes back to where I was when I started.
