they had navy seals, help make the movie, when they were doing the home Mart scenes, they asked the navy seals what they would do in that situation and they said they were like a kid in the candy store. one of the reasons why the movie is soo good is because of how realistic it is. W navy seals for making the action scenes

There are many who lost business and many targeted for jail time, including people high up in government, in the first movie. You'd figure if Denzel did a 4th and 5th installment, at least one would have to deal with them.

This is true. The original was an old English guy who would never use guns. Hence not using guns for the most part in this movie (only twice and the second time he didn't fire it). And that's the reason I can't watch the new show now. The only thing it has in common with the original series is the name.

I can say, imho, that the both the second and the third Equalizer films are great. I hope that you'll be able to react to those as well. I was a fan of the original Equalizer tv series on CBS in the 1980s starring Edward Woodward as Robert McCall, but I really love what Denzel has done with the character. Great reaction!

Nope. The third one really sucked. No way it lived up to the first two. Obviously just thrown together to make some more money on the series before he got too old. But too late. In the third one he was already too old to realistically pull it off. Bad plot to.

Yea in Part 3 I think he has allowed that vicious and ruthless part of himself that he used to be and had promised his deceased wife he would not be to become more prominent...not fully but a happy medium.

Denzel Washington is very well known of being his generations greates actor. No question. So it takes a man to playing in the same field. But imo the Russia Mob Boss (Marton Csokas) take that one-one sit down scene with out a falw. The look, the gestures. Pure Boss vibe. Oc then Denzel give him that strone cold dead eye look, but very well done from both of them. It takes an actor to be fearfull without being aggressive.

I also highly recommend The Accountant starring Ben Afflack. Don't let the name fool you it is actually an incredible action movie. A little underrated in my opinion, but it came out a couple of years after John Wick and this movie, so it kind of got lost in the shuffle between those two incredible action franchises. For martial arts movies, I recommend The Raid Redemption and The Raid 2.

I really enjoy revenge films. Loved this movie and the sequel. Loved "Nobody." Enjoyed "Taken." Not so much the sequels. However, voicing a very unpopular opinion, I watched all 3 John Wick films and disliked them all. 6 hours of a first person video game, killing hundreds of trained assassins while avoiding injury. I was bored to tears.

Guys this was based on a series from the 80,s it ran from 1985-1989 starring British actor Edward Woodward im british he was one of ours he was a well known classy actor from my country and in my country it was a fantastic series every episode he’d be helping different people who were being victimised he’d put his advert in thr classifieds it was created by Michael Sloan and McCall was ex cia but he was a highly ranked military man to think it was in marines he was HIGHLY RANKED he’s extremely highly skilled one man killing machine DONT forget EQUALIZER 2 & 3 there really good to and there’s going to be a equalizer 4&5 in the next few years to come the 3rd was originally intended to be the last film it was meant to be a trilogy but antoine the director and denzel have changed there mind and want to carry on mccalls legacy he was supposed to live out retire in ALTAMONTE Italy but he doesn’t in end can’t wait for the next 2 to be made

Skills: Military training, high intelligence, expert marksman, expert martial artist, high pain tolerance, expertise in weaponry, master tactician, knife mastery, explosive mastery, multilingualism. Denzel is amazing at this movie when he does the counting of his watch⌚ Also Denzel just did Movie Gladiator 2 And it says that after he does one more marvel movie he will be retired But one of my parents says rumors that he's not gonna entirely retire he's just gonna wait to pick the right people to film and movies which is a good sign cause even though he is gonna be 70 years old this December.
