The amount of money needed to sustain her lifestyle didn’t necessarily equate to the amount of money they were likely to make even with their combined level of fame and notoriety. She’s said that she’s cold hearted and puts herself first in more ways than one. I wouldn’t be surprised at all of the divorce was completely strategic, especially since she didn’t really have her own separate life based on her husbands associations with her businesses. Emily, just so you know.....Sharrell’s World’s scoop was not sold by another You Tuber. She made false accusations against that innocent person (Up and Adam) and she has issued an apology and retraction. Adam got his information from legitimate sources after the fact but did in no way sell the story. Sharrell is now in deep 💩 for making false accusations. I just hate to see innocent people dragged through the mud. Her apology video was still up from 24 hours ago, the last time I checked. The problem with Sharrell’s World is that she is known for doing little or no fact checking before making videos. Yes, the story about Erika Jane was correct, but everything else is false. Her apology video was very weak considering the fact that she came very close to ruining Adam’s career
@lallal36754 жыл бұрын
I am so grateful to see your post. Isn't it about time something happens to Sharrell for her poor judgment and lack of due diligence? Aren't You Tubers held to some sort of standards or ethics? @jcgonzo86234 жыл бұрын
@@lallal3675 It is. But just not making a video about it and talking in IG about it would of prevented all of this. And with that, the buck stops with Sharrell. Yeah, Andrews IG is on private now, but he hasn't released anything except for his "Dad's", if it is his dad's, statement that his age was known prior. Hey Emily, I love your videos and style! I was wondering, if this settlement money is put away in an account why is the attorney able to access that money after it is in the account? Also, if a lawyer were to spend a bit of the money from that settlement acount is it possible for the lawyer to put the money back in without anyone knowing it was ever used? Another housewife from NJ husband was disbarred for spending client money too but a small amount and it was a friends supposedly... just curious how this account works and why lawyers are able to even spend that money.

Emily, I have some questions for when you do the video or live about juries and criminal trials and such. I was wondering if jurors are often allowed to ask defendants questions, like in the Jodi Arias trial? Like, is that common practice and if not, why do you think it was allowed in her trial? Also, I'm curious if you have any thoughts about her trail, and if there are differences in it compared to other trials? Also, thoughts on Juan Martinez's and his craft/work? For me, watching Mr. Martinez prosecute that case really peaked my interest in the legal and justice systems, as well as lawyers, and made me realize my respect for lawyers, jurors, judges, and the criminal justice system. I had never paid that much attention to trials, even though I have been big into true crime for many years. But watching that trial, it fascinated me! Thank you for all you do, Emily! I appreciate you and the way you make law $hit easy to understand and digest!

Jodi Arias trial was in Arizona where jurors can ask questions. I think there’s 8 states that allow jury members to ask questions with varying degrees of restrictions and methods of asking. Edit: Typo

@@beastewart2293 yes but Teresa still did jail time so I can only Imagine what will happen to Erica . Also joe and Teresa did mortgage fraud and bankruptcy fraud a little different and not as bad as what Erica and her husband did . Teresa and joe made like fake pay stubs and fake financial statements to get bigger loans at the bank and buy up buildings and turn them into condos and stuff and sell them then pay the bank back and keep the profit and they kept doing that to gain profit and money so they cheated the system . But in their defense many people were doing that in early 00s which is why the market ended up crashing they were practically giving properties and houses to everyone. But Erica and her husband went big time and took tons of money off victims and used their money and didn’t pay them .

It wasn’t Sharell who pulled the court documents it was the minor Ric h Andrew who was working with Sharell who pulled them and broke this story then had the audacity to say Up and Adam sold the story to Page Six! Sharell came out last night and explained all of this!!!!

To be honest $40,000 seems like a very low amount for a month to live her life style. Especially if it is supposed to cover her “look", I could see her spend that on one handbag without any problems. A lot of these outfits would cost around 40,000 a week on clothes alone, unless all her outfits are just brands gifting her these outfits just to be seen on her.
@beccamatilda86214 жыл бұрын
It could be like an average, your frequently buying new clothes/accessories but if you're reusing some of them, you aren't spending that amount regularly, you know?

Can you please make a video on why you think MLMs are good? I honestly would like to know because all I ever hear is that they are damaging and predatory marketing legal scams that harm primarily women and stay at home moms. I know you’ve said that they * can * be ok and I would love to know why that is. ☺️
