My husband had an emotional affair and I found out. He pledged to stop talking to her and work on our marriage but 1 month after, I have proof of conversations that he is still having the affair and it is now physical. He lies when I confronted him about it....all along I thought we were reconciling. He tells her things about our sex life and my personal life...this is another level of broken trust I need to forgive. I want to get out of this sham of a marriage but I don't know what God really wants me to do!

I loved this❤❤thanks for the wisdom. I think me and my husband have went through a false reconciliation. I think we gave started reconciliation but our wisdom could only take us so far and now we are stuck and going backwards. Me the wife cheated 12 years ago and confessed 7yrs ago and I understand my deceitful ways caused more pain than the actual affair. Atleast that's what he says. Now recently i uncoveredthe truthabout him being inappropriate with women on tik tok. I confronted him and he sat in silence, which mad me so angry. He later somewhat apologized but didn't really make me feel good. has we continued to talk that night He then brought up the fact that he could forgive me for my infidelity. And my mood is unbarriable. It's been difficult but I'm hopeful that what God puts together not one can separate not even us. I want to be happy and want him to be happy. Can you give advice?

I wanted to believe this- but I don’t think my wife will ever want to come back. Her Limerence relationship is what she left her whole family for. She left our children with me and has left us for him. 20 years gone for some clown who wanted to date a married woman.

Ya. My husband too. It’s ridiculous how they can’t see all they have.

@@amber4027in cases like these I've come to understand that it's more of a spiritual problem where they are in a type of bondage that causes them to not wake up form it to see and realize how foolish they are and see what all the have lost. Prayer and fasting for them as well as the individual praying and fasting themselves is needed.

It’s not so much a false start,my wife has expressed she doesn’t want to reconcile, however after being dumped by her LO AP for the 4th time,I persuaded her to move back to Cohabit separate rooms,to save money we couldn’t afford her renting an apartment,in a horrendous area, she moved back, was resentful at first, and a tad hostile, but in the 19 months,we have been doing so much more together, and using what I have learnt,I have stopped the four horsemen way of her old toxic communication, she seems to be ok with our arrangement and it’s like 3/4 marriage,,,she has an obsessive friendship with a gay man, whom she puts first in everything, and until recently was out nearly every day for hours and hours,,she seems to be less obsessive now,I think she has been in MLC,but each month it seems easier,I’d love nothing more than for us to reconcile properly and get a better marriage and live the life we planned got finances and moved here for,Gigging our music having fun and exploring,I would never try stop her freedom and friendships, but would like her to make me her highest priority as I do her.

A Word of Truth and Wisdom which hopefully can lead You and Us All to Spiritual Enlightenment, We first Must allow GOD to be the Head of Our Marriages! Second We Must and have to identify ourselves as individuals so as We join or have joined as the Husband and Wives that GOD has put Us together to Be can be in Unison and it can flow as the Marriage was designed to Be! Marriage is not easy, and the Devil Hates Marriage so We will encounter Snares and Traps along the Way! GOD gives Us all the Spiritual Tools to Rebuke what can and will come against You, and You have to Trust that it will Only work By Faith and Believing that if You Truly are vested in Your Marriages that No Weapons formed against You Will Never Prosper! To All Stay Encouraged and Keep GOD First and the Rest Will Follow. 👑🕊

It wasn’t about cheating at all it is about my fear and shame of initiating, conversations, and intimacy. This has been going on for over eleven years and I am afraid to act out of fear of repercussions or the presumed repercussions. The conversation I am referring to are every day subjects, the weather, what to have for supper, where to go or what to do for the day. All these discussions raise my anxieties and I would prefer not to discuss not to mention a tough subject I want to shut down or leave. I don’t believe in arguments so I don’t because that would assume I want to prove I am right. I also don’t pick my words well, so arguing is a loosing proposition for me. I shut down and often become angry and say things that are mean Many of the decisions we make about purchases or events, I just agree with so as stop the discussions.

He "causes" damage, but how do the children know. Sure they may sense something is off, but if both parents try to be reasonable, not fight, cultivate kindness. Even if the wife fears he might still leave for good - at the moment he doesn't. - I assume she cannot help but seek validation with the children and burdens them with the emotional baggage - when she should turn to friends, family and couselors for validation.

People holding onto dead relationships are sad. Why force what’s obviously not good. At some point, let it go.
