The Essential Tool Kit for Taking Your Toyota Off-Road

Stuff breaks, sh*t happens, and all we can do is be prepared. This is our Essential Tool Kit for anybody who is taking their Toyota 4Runner or Tacoma off-road. This is a basic setup, of course there are more tools you can bring, and power tools will make everything easier, but you should be able to fix almost any problem with this kit, as long as you have the right spare parts to replace what's broken!

That is an impressive tool bag. I also carry a small cheap voltmeter, electrical tape and a lot of cable ties. It's amazing what cable ties can temporarily fix!

It's embarrassing how many zap straps are holding my tacoma together..... No mechanic has time the time or energy to work on their own vehicle!

Awesome. From one Tacoma owner to another, thank you! I also have the same tool bag which I bought from you. My tool collection is about 96 percent the same as yours. Will be putting a wire brush in there and some pry bars. Suggestion for a future video - you mentioned spare parts that you carry. Maybe do a more thorough video in same way as this one, with all the parts laid out - fuses, CV axle, wire, etc...

Would it be too much trouble to tell me how long those socket rail holders are? The blue ridge pouches are around 12” but all the socket rails I see on amazon are 13-15” long.

They are too scared to mention the price here because it's absurdly priced... $209. and I'm not a cheap guy, i've bought backpacks for $400, no problem... but this is definitely more than overpriced.
